You might have to be a little flexible, maybe book flights & accommodation seperately yourself, fly direct into Verona with Aer Lingus & return out of Verona to Dublin with a different airline indirect via another airport or fly into Verona with AL & home with Ryanair out of Bergamo but 10 nights can be done ok, punch your travel dates into Skyscanner or Google flights & see if anything is suitable

^^^ whatever he said, google flights or skyscanner.
Also theres a software called azuon, i use it all the time. You can pick different destination and origin airports, earliest and latest dates, direct flights or multileg, passengers, weekdays, how many days etc etc. Its not free, i think i pay €12 a year.
