About to sell my Xbox one advice needed

I'm selling my xbox one s and I think that if I sell it with the games I downloaded I might get more money for it. I'm going to remove my account from the console but I heard that if you do that than the person who buys it can't play the downloaded games on it. Is this true or not? Thanks for any advice.

yes the games are licensed to your account so if you remove you account they will not be able to access the games. you can leave the xbox as your "Home Xbox" and still remove your account. but if you ever get a new xbox and set it as home. they will lose access to the games.
