Said deposit was refunded 8 days ago on Aug 20th in store, however the amount of the refund for the deposit has not shown on my accounts. Good morning,

I recently used my BOI CC to make a rental/purchase and put a deposit down. Said deposit was refunded 8 days ago on Aug 20th in store, however the amount of the refund for the deposit has not shown on my accounts.

Is this a normal period of time to wait for funds to reappear on my card? If so, is there a rough estimate as to when it would go through?

We're sorry to hear that the transaction hasn't processed yet.
Generally a refund should take 5 working days.
If this still hasn't processed it may be best to query this with the retailer.
