    Yes, I've had exactly the same issue. The first set seemed to last a year, and the next 2 sets only lasted a couple of months each. Glad to hear I'm not the only one....

    Haven't needed to change mine yet so must keep an eye on it, has been saying the batteries are at 40% for the last 4-5 months.

    New thermostat arrived the day after ordering it

    Wouldn't connect so got on to tech support who had it sorted in minutes

    I've honestly never experienced better customer support ever
