Wardrobe knobs/handles

Hi, anyone know the name of these knobs. They are probably 30 years old. Knob is spring loaded, twist to the right, close door and release knob to close tight. Looking to replace with modern version if anyone could point me in the right direction. TIA. Tried adding images, not sure how to :-(
