GS450h replacement

The last two cars I bought for daily driving were both gs450h, old model and new model. I'm not loving the new one.

I want to replace it but there isn't much out there. The 640d would be the same power and looks good and I like the cls350. Is there anything out there around the 60k mark, that would actually be fun to drive. Bear in mind it has to be somewhat professional.

I like, (don't love) the two cars mentioned, but there has to be more stuff. Number of doors don't matter but 4 is handy, I don't like SUV handling. Ideally something that can do a minimum of 25mpg

With the Lexus being 344bhp and having a TT supra for occassional use, I don't want to go lower than 300bhp.

    Any ideas?

I don't like Audi's in general, and anytime I drove one I thought they were uninspiring.

Does it have to be new? A 2015 Panamera E might suit budget and requirements.

No it doesn't have to be new.

Yeah they are nice but not many around.

I wouldn't mind an xfr but don't know what it would be like overall.

Yeah that would do nicely, can't believe I couldn't think off Tesla or the Panamera.

I wanted a GTR but that was a straight no from work and I've being having brain farts since

    Tesla performance seems awesome.

    Thanks

Yeah I had a 2011 for 4 years I bought the 2015 two years ago and always thought the old model was quicker, smoother, more comfortable and nicer inside.

I think performance should've being upgraded in the new model

If it’s a company car then your BIK is based on the original market value and you’ll be penalised with a secondhand car .

Don't Teslas have 0% BIK or does that only apply to brand new ones?

I’m not going to get sucked into a debate on that again! 0% BIK applies for 2018 and may be extended for a few more years but not legislated for an applied to “electric vehicles” as defined in Finance Act 2018 and certainluly includes all Teslas and likely some vehicles which certain Boardsies don’t recognise as electric vehicles. Given the broad range of cars mentioned, it’s worth taking into account.

It's not a company car but they still want to stick their nose into want I'm buying.

So I ended up with a 640d after all.

The other half hated the rear of the Porsche but it came down to them two in the end.
