Anyone know of any gyms or leisure centres where there are Evening Spinning Classes?

What side of town are you at ?
I know Grove Island and Fit Room in Corbally both have regular spinning classes.
AFAIK both have FB pages with timetables.

Would really recommend Anto's class in Go Gym. He used to be run Intensity Spin at Coonagh Cross but does spinning 3 evenings a week and Saturday morning in Go Gym. The best spinning class in Limerick by a country mile.
