I think it's my turn to start one of these :P

I like gaethje and am a little suprised he's the underdog here, tough as nails and vick hasn't fought anyone in his league yet.
I wonder how vick will handle a few rounds of those leg kicks?
I'm not sure he was the power to put gaethje away either, not a big believer in vick needless to say.

jake surely gets his p45 if he loses this time and the likes of barbarena whilst not world class has never been finished which seems to me like something jake might have to do in order to get the job done.

good to see anders back in action since his split loss to machida, think he'll be better again and I think he'll get williams outa there in the first round.

johnson fili should be a cracker which I can't call, maybe fili gets the job done late on and should this become a brawl I think fili might win this.
Johnson must be the best first round fighter in the ufc, bar khabib who he tagged quite a bit in the first he must have won the first round in most of his fights.

I think perez could take out sanchez also, hill pts maybe and morago pts for me.

This is a cracking little card, hopefully I can stay up because I got **** all sleep last night. I hope Justin wins, Vick has acted like a prick since the fight was announced.

Think Vick has done a good job promoting the fight and if he wins I think he’s positioned himself well to potentially get a top 5 fight.

Really looking forward to the card, will have to wait till morning to watch it though.

Fili v Johnson has potential to be a great contest.

Hope they step gall up, nice finish all the same.

    same as that

not lacking in confidence for a lad who's beaten nobody, lucky for him he's been able to handpick some of his opponents

In fairness to him he does genuinely seem good on the ground but he can find himself cut if he's on the end of a few losses, so if I was him I'd take the cans aslong as I could .

How did he get out of that omg

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,759 ✭✭✭ASOT

Wow that round as amazing. His arm has to be ****ed. The ref should have stopped that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,393 ✭✭✭Porthallian

How do you even score a round like that?? Amazing round! Sandhagen is tough

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,759 ✭✭✭ASOT

That refs a joke stop the ****ing fight you moron

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,476 ✭✭✭Wrongway1985

That was nuts! Closing sequence was unnecessarily prolonged alright.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,759 ✭✭✭ASOT

That was one of the most exciting fights I have ever seen.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,003 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

I predict there won't too many calling out sandhagen in the future and less subbing him

such an exciting fighter, reminds me of ferguson the way he keeps coming forward

    still underdog here at 7/4
I think he can take this

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,759 ✭✭✭ASOT

I'm surprised he was that big of a price to begin with he's tough as nails.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,759 ✭✭✭ASOT

Jimmy said on the fox desk that the ref was yamasaki in a mask haha

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,476 ✭✭✭Wrongway1985

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,759 ✭✭✭ASOT

His striking is really poor, alot of wild swings.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,003 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

I’ve not been watching the fights. Was the finish as good as Wikipedia is making out??

Absolutely beaming for JoJo, beautiful finish.

Couldn't be happier for Justin. He was taken some abuse for just being a punch bag. This is vicious!

Some destruction from Gaethje. Really shows how there are levels to it all. There were a few comments after the Poirier and Alvarez fights calling him out on a padded record in WSOF and saying that he wasn't an elite fighter. Vick is an accomplished lightweight worthy of his ranking and got absolutely smashed.

Good to see Mickey Gall back too.

Yep, I agree. Sensational fight[Bantamweight Sandhagen vs Alcantara], especially that first round. Really enjoyed that card overall, only 4 decisions.

Eryk Anders performance of the night, what a croc of sh!t.

That was a brutal knockout. Vick wasn't right for about 15 minutes afterwards.
