Box not detecting a transponder

    Short version; why won't my box pick up a single transponder?

    Long version:
    Ok so my satellite box is working fine, getting Astra 28.2 no problem.

    However, I dug out the old Sky box to allow me to watch the rugby on Eir and BT. All fine, except Eir Sport 1 tells me "no signal". I get Eir 2, BT Sport and all the FTA channels no problem.

    When I do a manual scan for the Eir Sport 1 HD transponder (11509 V 23000 2/3), I get nothing. Every other transponder is fine, I don't know why this specific one is gone AWOL.

    Thoughts?

    Dish size is fine. I guess it must have shifted, just odd that it seems only this one transponder is gone.

    Right, suppose I'll hope the weather improves and get up on the roof.

    When you say "old Sky box", how old is it? Are you trying to tune a HD service on an SD box?

    Lnb skew could be wrong...i couldn't get CNN, but by twisting anticlockwise it came in 100%
