Colemans and Ketchup together

I had some Colemans English Mustard and Heinz Ketchup together on a sausage sambo earlier. With a large amount of mustard it struck me as such a winning combo. Now i've been eating the pair like this for years but I truly had a moment of appreciation today.

Always do that with a sausage sambo. A bit of cheddar in there goes well too.

I make a Colman's/Heinz mix with very finely diced onion & pickles as a burger relish.

A food combo made in heaven!
