Not sure if this is the best place, but it's along similar lines to those mobile get of contract changes. Mods feel free to move if there's a better place.

Ryanair have changed terms and conditions about baggage. If you booked before 23rd August for travel after 1st November , and have not purchased priority, you can cancel your booking for a full refund citing the change of terms.

Guess the bargain is a full refund for anyone who has changes of plans , fares have since decreased or need a name change which can now be done by cancel and rebook

    Confirmation from Ryanair : https://corporate.ryanair.com/news/new-bag-policy-from-november-will-cut-check-bag-fees-reduce-boarding-delays/

Is there any indication yet on how to cancel for a full refund?

Live chat should do the trick as they are the res team but they really need stuff spelled out to them . I would go with

"My reservation number is 123456, following your change of terms I wish to cancel for a full refund. The link to confirmation that Ryanair will provide a refund in these circumstances can be found under FAQ number 4 in the following link :
    (include link)"

You can cancel any flight for free any time you like. What you can’t always do is get a refund. Two different things.

    Jaysus

Now I wish I'd posted "Change you're Ryanair..."

Then you'd get the thrill of making me feel silly twice
