Frothing for multiple cups of coffee

    Hi guys

    im just looking for some advice regards frothing, so in a bar where we sell quite a bit of coffee of all types, my problem is with all the workers, is too many of them are burning the milk.

    So if we make one cappuccino, and then someone orders another one, the milk is still hot, but will not have enough froth to do a second cup, so more milk is added but, i feel the original milk in the jug then gets burned.

    maybe we are doing something really stupid that someone can easily direct us in the right path.

    Use 2 jugs. You steam in the larger pitcher and pour into the smaller pitcher. Therefore both drinks carry an equal amount of foam.

    There is genuinely no excuse to ever reheat milk, it ruins the texture and taste completely and is going to smell terrible.

    Can i hijack this thread ( as opposed to starting a new one)
    How would you make cold milk froth ?
    If you dont have a cold milk frott(h)er

    anyone know a way cause these look good

    no idea but could you froth the milk normally and then stir some ice in the jug to cool the milk back down

    To make milk froth:

    Just put it in a cafetiere, and heat in a microwave: doesn't have to be boiling hot, though.
    Then push the plunger very briskly up and down a good number of times. (You have to hold on to the jug and lid while you do this, obviously)

    When the froth has formed, let it cool.
