Eir voice mailbox not working.

    Can I request that this is reset please?

    Have an Eir landline. Can't access it at all. Theres a prerecorded message indicating the voice mailbox is full. The normal access method via a PIN is not available.


    I tried ringing tech support but got transferred to 3 people and eventually got disconnected. Very unsatisfactory level of service.

    I can PM a phone number and account number.

    Just an update on this. Rang tech support and the person informed me that the entire Eir voice mailbox system is down and is not expected to be operative again until possibly next Wednesday. Can an Eir rep confirm? Thank you.

    Thanks for starting this topic 17-pdr, was having the exact same issue.  Eir, is there any comment on what the issue is - and when will it be resolved?

    We are aware of an issue with our voicemail service, we are currently investigating this and working on getting it back up as soon as possible. They hope to have it back up by Wednesday, however, this would not be a guaranteed date as of yet.

    Just getting back to you on this. Still have no Voice mailbox service. Actually got a credit in the September bill for €1.35 because there was no Call Answering service (30 Aug-25 September). Image attached. Can you take a look at this? Thanks.

    i have lost my eir mobile voicemail today 5th november, is there a general problem?

    I am losing business over this.  

    I can't get through on webchat or phone to support.

    Mines gone since last Thursday, it's only affecting bill pay business customers I believe.  They told me today they don't know when it'll be up and running again.  It's a farce trying to use the phone for work and no voicemail working

    It's not just business customers. I'm a non-business bill pay customer and my voicemail is gone since before the weekend.

    Same issues here, four phones on a business account and have just been told that voicemail may be back in a day or so.

    Not good Eir.
