How to cancel account

    Hi.

    I've had it confirmed by an eir agent that I am out of contract for my phone and broadband package.
    I would like to cancel the contract.
    Can you please advise me on how to proceed with this and the expected time frame?
    My next bill will print on 19 Sept.

    Hi Purple Mountain,

    When cancelling an account you are required to give 30 days notice. In order to cancel you would need to contact a member of our customer care team on 1901 and they can submit your request.
