    I'm having some problems with my account this evening and was trying to use the chat function on the eir website but it seems to be down?!

    Any chance somebody could contact me through pm here regarding data plan and data add-on problems?

    Ok the chat works. Been going in circles for an hour so far. Lots of copy/paste replies. I just need to know how much I am currently being charged for data.

    I have tried this during the chat last night but it says that my number is no longer active.
    When I mentioned this to the representative it was completely ignored.
