I'm currently in the interview process and wondering what the training hours are for the CR Voice role.
Are they Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm?
Also, are there set shift patterns for new hire, are you on a set shift for a month, week or three months. Are new hire put on an early shift or does it vary?
