If a person who is currently with Sky for their broadband and phone wishes to change to Eir is it simply a case of registering either online or over the phone with the UAN and can it be taken there would be no loss of service? Also am I correct in saying that the arrangement between providers means that the person does not have to notify Sky? They would be out of the min contract period obviously at that stage.

    Thanks

    Hi muffler,

In order to get full clarity on this I would advise to contact our sales team on 1901. There are various different factors that can influence this such as the exact service you're signing up for and the service you have with your current provider, time frames for install etc. While eir contact your current service provider to change the service over, we would always advise for you to contact them yourself also to discuss the terms and conditions of your current contract and ensure you will not be penalised by them due to contractual agreements etc as this is not something that we would be aware of.

    Thanks,

    Sarah
