Finally cleaned off the windows of new build awaiting moving in.
The Middle pane in 2 or more have some water marks.

Window company from Munster is coming back to fix this.

Now my question is, How do I know if its going to be Argon gas filled once they leave?

How can you even tell the ones that are already installed are still Argon gas filled and it hasn't seeped?

    Never mind airtight.

They will replace the whole window. i.e. all the glass is a single sealed unit. they will remove the glass from the frame and put the new ones in. We had a sticker on a center pane when we had ours installed.

The gas is added in the factory, no idea how you can check if its still there.

Hopefully thats the way they do it.

I've no reason to suspect that the windows have leaked argon gas, I just don't like that I have to take a companies word that its there.

The glazing unit is manufactured and sealed elsewhere so unless they come with a new glazing unit in the back of the van you should not accept any solution they offer as it will 100% destroy the seal on your existing units.

To be fair I can't see any option apart from replacing the unit so that's what I would expect to happen if they have promised to fix the issue. The only question is are they coming to "assess" the issue or to fix it?
