Our Ideal Classic was working fine & now the gas flame is not firing up. When I turn it on I don't hear the 4-5 clicks before the flame kicks in. Its serviced to date. Could this be a fuse issue, pump issue or fan. There is a separate fuse box and a grundfos pump wired to the boiler. Any help appreciated before I call in the experts.

As it’s a gas boiler you can’t carry out repairs yourself , you need to call an RGI “ the experts “
They can carry out the repairs safely.

I am aware of all this, but taught someone may be able to point me in some direction as to what they think it is, thanks for the comment.

That's the problem, we cannot give advise on what it could be as you may then be tempted to carry out the repairs yourself.
