Kenwood radio

hi i bought a van but i have a problem with the radio . there is a kenwood touchscreen radio in it with bluetooth and garmin mps. the radio is working find but the screen is just lighting up with nothing showing. any idea what it could be

most likely possibilities are

1) the reverse camera ground trigger is connected to ...ground , detach it and it will come back,

2) its a DNX-5220 / 5240 and it has a firmware bug, you can download the update off kenwoods site and it fixes this (goes on a USB key and plugs in the USB port on the back of the unit and does it automatically )
