Hoping for some help on this

Currently all my tax credits are with the Post Primary Teachers for the start of the new year
I rang revenue today and they said I will be taxed on a week 1 basis as I had other employment from last year
I was told I would have to give my P45 from previous employment to the Pay roll division in Westmeath

Would this be correct?
Do I post it to Revenue or to the Pay roll division?
Any help greatly appreciated
