Amazon return. Item already delivered back. No refund.

    Hi

    Anyone have any experience of returning an item to amazon via an post?
    How long does it take normally for the refund to pay out. I opted to take a gift card. Amazon support guy said the refund would pay out as soon as its scanned by the courier.

    Its been delivered by An Post over a week now and no refund has paid out. Trying to find out how to contact amazon support... The option is gone now on the returned item.

    Is there a phone number of email address anyone knows of??

    Have you received notification from Amazon that they received the item? Are you sure it was it sold directly by Amazon or was it a Marketplace seller?

    It is a little bit hidden away alright

    For future reference, it's 'Help' below the search bar, 'Need More Help?' at the bottom of the list of options, and then 'Contact Us' :)

    Same happened to me, was able to get the tracking info off that pre paid sheet and seen that it was delivered but still showing as not on Amazon.

    Gave that info to amazon chat and was sorted quickly.
