Unable to upgrade

    My wife got a upgrade a few weeks ago but the upgrade was put on my account not hers , tryed customer service but unhelpful, when to store in Mullingar and was told she has to come in to do a return .
    She had to go in twice as was sent away the first time , returned the phone within the 14 days.
    Over a week later the system still says I got a upgrade in July .
    No one ever answers the phone in the Mullingar store or no one has ever said the words SORRY
    What can I do
