There'll probably be cameras and snippets on the 9 o'clock news, but they're not going to start televising home comings live just because Limerick won.

Maybe Nationwide will cover it. They could show a segment over each of the 3 nights.

Have two tickets for the north end terrace if anyone needs them. Event appears to be sold out now.

The team arrive into Limerick Train Station at 5.30pm and then onto an open top bus through the city out to the Gaelic Grounds for 6.30pm. So even if you dont have a ticket for the GG, the open top bus along the streets of Limerick should be a spectacle

Also according to the council the route of the bus is Mallow Street, O’Connell Street, Sarsfield Street, over Sarsfield Bridge and out the Ennis Road to the Gaelic Grounds. https://www.limerick.ie/council/newsroom/news/gaelic-grounds-host-homecoming-all-ireland-senior-hurling-champions

Unless of course if Dublin had won

I agree, but try telling that to the other half.

RTE News Now is showing The Homecoming live.

Scratch that. Seems it was just an extended Six-One that went on after they finished on RTE 1.

it was wonderful to see the huge number of people that turned out to show their support and appreciation for a great Limerick Hurling team. Hopefully its the start of more to come .

What an amazing few days. Kudos to Limerick Council and Limerick GAA on a brilliant homecoming last night. It was just fantastic. Couldn't be prouder to be a Limerick women :)
