Has anyone got any idea if it's possible to get this older seiko part?

I have a Seiko SLD005 like below, it's from about 1998 and not a very common model. The bezel is a bit scratched, a couple of deepish ones and the lume dot is missing. I'd love to replace it but I've no idea where after searching.
Anyone know where to start for something like this?

Nice one, going to give them a try. Any idea what the part name of the little spring under the bezel that lets it go in one direction? I'm guessing something like bezel ratchet spring or something like that?

Monsterwatches.nl is also good for odd Seiko parts.

Depends on the watch, if it's a regular bezel spring (and ball) there is your name or it might be a fixed with incorporated lump as the ball.

Ok, called in today and they said the bezel is unavailable but they'll fix the spring and show me a selection of bezels that will fit and I can pick one. Happy with that!

Nice place, no grand seikos on display though :(

I'd be careful what work you let them do on that watch, seems to be rare enough and values can high. There is one on Yahoo Japan for €1300 and eBay is also known for silly prices. Watch forum prices are a bit lower.

It's just the bezel and I told them I want the old one back which they said they always do. Watch will never be sold anyway, it was a gift from my dad about 20 years ago

I'd tend to agree with the above, originality, even with wear and tear, is key for these things.
If you do update the bezel, be sure to keep the old one, you'd be surprised what can be done to recondition such things.

Nice piece, by the way. ðŸ‘

Cheers, but yeah, know what mean. Watch is borderline worthless without the original bezel, i specifically said I want it back. They said they always return bits like that. It is fairly scraped and I'm sick of looking at it, so for me a different bezel will freshen it up a bit.
