    I'm looking to buy a new laptop but I'm overwhelmed by the available options.

    Intended uses: streaming, browsing and football manager.

    The most intense task would be running multiple browser tabs and a video/music while simultaneously playing football manager.

    Here are the system requirements for the upcoming football manager game:
    Operating Systems (64-bit or 32-bit): 
Windows 7 (SP1)
Windows 8/8.1
Windows 10 (1803/April 2018 Update)
Processor: 
Intel Pentium 4, Intel Core or AMD Athlon
2.2 GHz or higher 

Memory: 2 GB RAM 

Graphics Cards: Cards equal to or better than the following: 
Intel GMA X4500
NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT
AMD/ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650
256MB VRAM 
DirectX Version 9.0c or higher

Hard Drive Space: 7 GB available space

    Budget: ~650€

    Good speakers and lots of storage space are not important to me. I only use headphones and I don't store media on my laptop. I would also be willing to trade off an average screen for more processing power.
