Wall & gate without planning

    Hi All,

I'm selling my house and in the front, I have erected a wall 1.2 m in height. Over the wall I have a wooden fence. I have also moved my gate. People in the area tell me that I have moved the gate back to it's original position but that was a loooong time ago.

This new walled area provides us with a private garden space that I wouldn't have without it.

It's about 4 years old and I'm now looking to sell the house. Do you think this will cause an issue?

    Thank you all
