Vu+ box not finding Uk Freeview channels

Hi.
I'm having an issue with my Vu+ Solo2 box and just trying to figure out if the issue would be with my dish or the image on my box.
Essentially, I used to use a Blackhole image on the box and was able to scan in the UK freeview channels no problem.

I have switched between various images over the last few months and have noticed a few weeks ago that the freeview channels were no longer working and when I perform a scan no channels are found now (I currently use an OpenVix image).

I can't honestly recall if the channel scan issue has only manifested itself since I changed the image to OpenVix as I hadn't been watching the freeview channels at all (I was using another paid service which has these anyway).

Is the issue likely to be with the dish itself or would it more likely be that the image on the box is causing the scan to find nothing?
Maybe I am totally misunderstanding how satellite tv works and the image on the box is irrelevant?

If you do a blind scan of the satellite (28.8) are you picking up any channels?

Freeview are terrestrial channels

The blind scan is not picking up anything either.
