Axa renewal.

    Wondering if anybody could tell me how far in advance Axa can give you your renewal price.
    Id really like to know as my insurance is up on the 1st October and as their is an unresolved claim on it at the moment I will be down a percentage of NCB and I'd like to budget for the price rise and save for it.
    I rang today but kept getting cut off after being on hold ages so if its pointless ringing this early I wont keep trying to get through tomorrow. Thanks
