I was charged €11.20 (there was a lot of calls made as it was hard to get anyone to answer), why is this?

There should be some sort of warning when we ring these numbers to make people aware that they are likely to be charged more than usual for the call. A different dial tone or whatever. Its unfair to expect people to know that these numbers more expensive than standard.

    Hi ancuncha,

The information RustyNut has provided is correct, 076 numbers are classed as non-geographical so would be billed.

I understand your frustration here and I'll be sure to pass this feedback on for you.

    Thanks

    Tracey
