Henley Druid 21 Flue options?

Have been looking to get a stove installed recently and the Henley Druid 21 seems to come highly recommended by a lot of people. I was hoping to have it installed with an independent flue coming off the top but this particular model comes with a bigger opening on top as it has a hot plate.

Does the hot plate mean that the top exit cannot be used to connect a flue into? Having looked at one in a showroom the adapter for the rear fits snugly into the cutout but is very loose on top.

Would anyone know if there is a separate adapter needed to fill the larger hole where the hot plate lid sits or is this particular model a rear exit only??
