Howdy, I am looking to get from Blanch to Citywest via public transport for a new job. I am really struggling finding anything under 1 hour or without having to go into the city centre and back out to Citywest.

Has anyone got any tips for me?

Blanch is too big to give that advice you really need to narrow it down.

Depending on time you need it, 76a to the square and then bus/Luas but only if you’re leaving at 06.40

Can get a lift to anywhere in the Blanch area in the morning really.

Unfortunately nothing easy there at all.

Into Heuston (or nearby, probably the Museum stop is best bet, get off near law society) by 39 bus and then onto the LUAS is the only option, it's minimum 1 hour and 30 minutes.

God bless our orbital bus system!

You could get the W4 and then the Luas from Cheevers– oh wait.

Bus to museum and the luas out is the way I'd do it. 76a goes through Ballyfermot and it's diabolical.

Would cycling be an option? It's relatively flat
