Hi, my mothers gas bolier has a problem that when its turned on it reaches tempeture of 70c it knocks off and the temp shoots up to 93c. It slowly drops back down and it kicks back in for a few minutes and shoots back up again. The hot water is only lukewarm and doesnt get any hotter. The boiler is mynute 35e, and rads and hot water are off one circuit, the rads seem to heat ok. Thanks.

Does it sound like a kettle boiling
More than likely restriction in the heat exchanger
Possible new heat exchanger or flush out

No sounds normal, possible airlock in coil?
