Water Restrictions Over In The City

Because it doesn't involve Dublin there has been little announcement or awareness in the news. Restrictions in Cork City seem to be over - we are not on the irish water list anymore. https://www.water.ie/support/water-shortages/ That being said they are asking users to conserve still.
