    Hi folks,

Not sure if there's many (any?!) people from Birdhill on the forum, but someone may be able to help.

Where we're situated in Birdhill means we're devoid of decent broadband. On Eir at the moment and its a trickle. Imagine Broadband weren't able to get the minimum speed required to install. Munster Broadband likewise.

Is there any alternatives people are aware of in the area that can deliver broadband better than Eir's awful rural service?

Not in Birdhill but we were with Arra Communications for years before moving to Imagine.

Reasons we moved were much better bandwidth and being able to ditch the landline.

Based in Ballina so worth giving them a call.

Are you lucky enough to be on the yellow line for fibre to the home on this map?
    Probably not but worth checking.
