So, I'm hoping to get some help!, I am looking for some sort of pet therapy for a girl that I work with. I am a nurse working with individuals who have severe intellectual disabilities. I am looking for a place to bring her rather than them come to us. We live in Galway and can travel. She loves dogs, we were going to try dog walking with Madra but unfortunately the layout of the walk way is too uneven for her. It doesn't have to be pet therapy but a friendly place she could interact with the animals.

What about Turoe pet farm in Bullaun?

We're not meant to discuss rescues in this forum but I think maybe just mentioning them in this context might be OK?

There is the GSPCA, I don't know if they have dog walkers and Limerick Animal Welfare wouldn't be too far with the new motorway? They have a fairly large centre I believe so would probably welcome general public volunteers
