Is it possible to work in the public health sector with a biochemistry degree without doing further study?

By public health sector do you mean in hospitals?

Becoming a clinical biochemist is a specialised job and would require further education.

It is possible to become a laboratory aide with a biochemistry degree.

However I think there are far more employment possibilities in the pharmaceutical industry.

I think you just need to get another proper education in this specialty. It seems to me
