Non standard set of guitar strings for lower tuning

For my songs, ideally I would drop all my strings by 4 frets:

    E to C,
    A to F
D to Bb and so on.

But when I do this with my EADGBE strings, they're very clangy and vibrate too much.

Putting a capo on the 8th fret is not ideal either, because it doesn't leave me much room to go up the neck, especially on my acoustic.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a set of non standard acoustic strings with lower tuning for the guitar?

Just pick up a standard set of thicker strings. What size do you normally use?

    What he said ^

    go heavier gauge.

you MAY need to adjust the intonation as thicker strings need the saddle to be further back, but for experiment's sake, just go for it!
