    Hi,

Trying to work out if I'm better off joint or seperately assessing my wife and mines income and a rental income.

    Wife earns approx 30k PA
    I earn 32k PA

I have a rental property in my name bringing in approx €9,600

Up to this year I have been filing a return using a seperate assessment and paying the higher rate of tax USC etc on the Rental income.

Is there any additional credits I've been missing out on by not jointly assessing with my wife ?

No. You'll both be using your entire credit allocation. However, your wife may have some unused Standard Rate Cut Off Point you could avail of.
