    Hi all

Currently with Eir 4G mobile BB with a Huawei E3372H-153 USB dongle/modem connected to a TP-LINK TL-MR3420 router. I have port forwarding configured but unable to hit it from the internet.

My looked up IP is 109.125.x.x. On checking the modem, its WAN IP is 100.94.x.x. This then has a 192.168.8.x network between it and the router and then the LAN is on 192.168.0.x.

Do Eir/meteor not allow port forwarding or is there several NAT's happening here that are preventing it?

Carrier NAT. The 109.125.x.x address is you and 1000 other customers not just you.

You need them to configure your account to use a "dedicated" IP, doesnt need to be static, just not shared.

Is this something Eir will typically do if open a support ticket?

Probably, not an Eir Mobile customer.
