Servicing an old watch

    Hi
I have an old (1950's) Swiss watch, one of the millions churned out, 17 jewels, incabloc, etc etc which I like a lot even though it has no real value.
Is there anywhere/anybody who services these things at a reasonable cost?
Maybe tidy up the face, hands etc.
    It keeps pretty good time.
Or should I leave it as is?
Can't find any info on the maker as any search for "Excellent" is a waste of effort for obvious reasons :)
