Aye, I just put a post in the Film's forum, great idea, good selection of new content and decent back catalogue, great add on for Netflix's at 8 quid a month (1 film a day) so could really shake things up, if it lasts....

Very poor value when you consider what Netflix offers. The idea of a movie a day is just dumb. New releases from the cinema of any quality are very thin on the ground. I can't see them lasting. Perhaps this is the last hurrah for them.

They do. I think they originated in Spain and spread from there.

Really? I would think that 8 euros a month for fresh cinema releases is not bad considering they are circa 4 to 5 quid a pop to rent, its not for everyone but even if you watched one or two a weekend that's only 1 or 2 quid a pop and it has quite a good mix. Netflix is a different animal and yes I'd wonder also if it's their last hurrah but if you like recent movies and have the cash it's a decent add on for Netflix in my humble opinion.

Whether I need this on top of Netflix, Primevideo UK and NOWTV is another question entirely (is there such a thing as streaming addiction lol)
