Can you make a bid on 2 properties at the same time

    Hi I have seen 2 houses in the same estate that would really suit my families needs ....is it possible to make a bid on both properties ...

    Yes it’s possible. But bear in mind that if you get into a bidding war on two properties you are going to drive the price up on both but will only be able to complete on one. Why not express your interest in both, ask to be kept updated but hold fire on bidding until near the end of the process.
