Party Location in City Centre

Looking for suggestions for a party location for about 60-75 family and some friends in the city centre (car park nearby necessary). Will be a mixed age group from 18 up to 80.

We were thinking of an area in Sinnotts on the Green - decent sized pub with a DJ, etc... Nothing to mental but not dead on a Saturday. Stephens Green Car Park.

    Any suggestions appreciated.

Bleeding Horse is our next option too. Any others would be great.

McGrattan's in Fitzwilliam Lane have a great room upstairs.

Perfect for anything from 50 - 100 people with an area at the back of the room away from the music and dance floor for the elder lemons to sit and chat.

They do party platters and can provide DJ. You can also bring your own DJ if you prefer.

Had a few similar gigs ourselves over the years. Car park is tight and small but there is plenty of on street parking in the area.

Cheers. Will give them a bell if Bleeding Horse falls through.

I've been to a couple of parties of about that size upstairs in Odeon. They'd brought their own DJ's though, it's completely separate from the pub, not sure if that's what you're after.

Thanks guys, Bleeding Horse couldn't take the reservation as it's All-Ireland weekend so they sent me to ask their sister pub Camden Exchange who have taken it! The nice section at the front at the window.

    congrats by the way Gav;)

    Thanks Gar! :D

Camden Exchange is a great bar with good selection of beers but will get very loud on weekend nights. Might be tricky for the 80 year olds :-)

They'll be grand... Assuming the grandparents won't be out late :D

Highly recommend Camden Exchange as a venue - great food, great service and just all round a nice venue. Most of our family and some mates had never been there and all commented at how great it was, both the young and old attendees.
