Is the channel missing from the listings or showing in the listings but no picture?

Has she tried turning off the box completely from the mains and turning it back on again?

Keep it Country is a weak signal even on my 1.1 metre dish. Most transponders are around 13 to 15 dB, some are as high as 20 dB signal strength. Keep it Country is 9.2 dB. Small dishes might struggle to get enough signal.

Yes she even had an engineer out and he couldn’t get it .what do you think is the solution would sky make a deduction based on the fact you can’t receive one channel .

So are you saying with the sky equipment that it’s not possible to view the channel a few doors down the road can receive it perfectly it’s very odd I have never came across this

It needs a 60 cm dish for reliable reception in Ireland according to the map, 2G Europe. Other signals only need what is called a Sky mini dish (I think) which is 45 cm. Do you know what size of dish she has?

It is a free channel which she doesn't need to pay Sky for, but that is a different topic. It is on 11082 Horizontal on the list of frequencies.

She could be missing other channels as well. They are not all the same signal strength.
