    Hi

Crashed my Giant TCR Di2 and did a bit of damage.
Long story short ive got all new parts but cant get Di2 working properly.

Its a few years old with external battery and small junction box in bottom bracket.
    Heres the problem.....

I can only get either the rear derailleur or front derailleur to work at a time but not both.
Ive tried every possible combination with 4 cables in junction box but when one works the other wont.
Ive completely run out of ideas.

Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Save yourself a lot of time by bringing it to a Shimano Service centre. They can plug into the diagnostics and pinpoint the issue. Di2 has a safe mode for post-crash which may be causing you issues..
