    Hi,

I have a excel 2013 pivot table dilemma that I require support for please?

I have the attached source data and I require the attached outcome

I am happy to add calculations to the source data however when I did this I could not get the percentages to display as percentages within the pivot almost like the pivot table is expecting to calculate the percentage

    Hi,

I have a excel 2013 pivot table dilemma that I require support for please?

I have the attached source data and I require the attached outcome

I am happy to add calculations to the source data however when I did this I could not get the percentages to display as percentages within the pivot almost like the pivot table is expecting to calculate the percentage

I did this by adding a bunch of calculated fields:
Executed (assuming this is the sum of Passed and Failed)
    Total (sum of all)
    PassedPct (Passed / Total)
    FailedPct (Failed / Total)
    BlockedPct (Blocked / Total)
    InProgressPct (In Progress / Total)
    UntestedPct (Not Run / Total)
    ExecutedPct (Executed / Total)
Adding all of these did end up as values, not percentage, but then you can highlight values, right click and format cells, pick percentage as type.

The fancy cells/etc is up to you, I've attached what I threw together.
