Hi, I'm sorry if this has been posted, but I have searched and everything seems to be from several years ago.
At the moment I am seriously depressed. I am anxious, having panic attacks continuously, not sleeping, crying all the time. I know I need some sort of help. but I am not in Ireland, I am working and studying in a country where English is not the language, so its not possible to go to anyone here. I have googled online councelling but there doesn't seem to be much from Ireland. I just don't know what to do.
I'd be so grateful if anyone has any recommendations or advice. I feel like I am about to reach the end of my tehter. I'm afraid I will lose my job, and fail my University course.
    Thanks

Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes I have tried to talk to them but with no luck. I have no options from that side of things. They told me I can take a year out or fail..."your choice". I don't want to say where I am but unfortunately any illness here is regarded as an annoyance, and any mental illness is even more so.

Ok so that avenue isn't a go.. I have used https://turn2me.org/ in the past, perhaps you could start there? Have you any medical benefits with your job?
