Mymemory.co.uk delivery time

Curious if anyone else has had any delivery issues with mymemory.

Ordered a sim card on the 26th, got a dispatched email on the 27th and still no sign of it. Need it for an upcoming trip and am pretty concerned it's lost at this stage.

I contacted support and they said wait a couple of days.

What is your experience with delivery time from mymemory?

Ordered from .ie on the 8Th, 9Th said it was dispatched

Got onto them on live chat on the 16Th and got attitude about ONLY 5Th working day, wait up till 7 and said its from UK/Switzerland

Opened paypal dispute as should not take this long from either of those locations

Never using the site again, got mixed up with Memoryc, who will get my money the next time!!

Don’t like they way they can’t tell where it’s being shipped from, last time I checked the UK and Switzerland were two different countries. What did they say to you last?

I’ll wait a few more days, they won’t do anything anyway because they say on website to wait 21 days!! It’s probably coming from China.

Today is the 5th working day from dispatch as the weekends are not regarded as working days unfortunately.

Reading over my live chat again, I think you are right, for one they cant spell Switerland or Switzerland as its called

Thanks - yeah already I’m beyond the timeframe they give on their website which is rubbish if you need something on time. Won’t be getting good feedback.
