Mirror Samsung Tablet to Tv

So I have the Eir Green red app on my phone, you can not chromecast this unfortunately. I am wondering if the app was on a samsung tablet could I mirror it to the Tv? Anyone Mirrored between the two? Does it show everything on screen? Or do certain apps still not work?
